ScaleX Innovation ("we") operates ScaleXI Crew. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
2. Self-Hosted Community Edition
We collect no data from self-hosted installations.
The Community Edition runs entirely on your infrastructure. No telemetry, no analytics, no phone-home. Your data never leaves your servers.
3. Cloud SaaS (crew.scalexi.ai)
When you use our hosted service, we collect:

4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never see or store your credit card numbers. See Paddle's privacy policy.
5. Third-Party API Keys
API keys you provide (GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) are stored securely, used only on your behalf, never shared, and deletable anytime via Settings.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party advertising.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with: Paddle (payments), infrastructure providers (hosting), and law enforcement (when legally required).
