14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.

1. First 14 Days

If you are not satisfied with ScaleXI Crew, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to all paid tiers (Starter, Pro, Business).

To request a refund, email support@scalexi.ai with your account email. We'll process it within 5 business days.

2. Free Trial

If your subscription includes a free trial, no charge is made during the trial. Cancel before it ends and you won't be charged. If you don't cancel, the subscription converts to a paid plan automatically.

3. After 14 Days

  • No partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period
  • Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the current billing period
  • No refund for cancellations after the 14-day window

4. Enterprise

Enterprise contracts have individual terms. Contact sales@scalexi.ai.

5. Exceptions

We may issue refunds outside the standard policy for: extended outages (24+ hours), billing errors, or duplicate charges.

6. How Refunds Work

Refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing takes 5-10 business days.

7. Community Edition

The self-hosted Community Edition is free and open source. No payment, no refund applies.
